Zuckerberg Sued Again Over Facebook Founding

The twins who claim they were betrayed by Mark Zuckerberg at the founding of Facebook are suing Zuckerberg and the company—again.

The Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal reports Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have sued the social networking icons, claiming and earlier $65 million settlement they reached with Zuckerberg over their part in the founding of Facebook was based on fraudulent value numbers for the company.

The twins’ story forms a large part of the tale told in the movie “The Social Network.”

Their claims rest on work they hired Zuckerberg to do on a site called ConnectU before he started Facebook.
