First Bytes: Facebook's Valuation, Sun's Desperation

Facebook is looking to raise some cash but it may not find any buyers at a price it wants. [Techcrunch]

Sun is reportedly willing to go back to IBM if Big Blue is willing to make a commitment to purchase it. It's starting to feel like a Microsoft-Yahoo deja vu. [Bloomberg]

Nokia's net fell by 90 percent in the first quarter and the cell phone giant expects the mobile market to decline another 10 percent this year.

In yet another example of social networking gone awry, two Domino's employees are facing criminal charges and the pizza chain faces a PR crisis after they posted a video prank online in which they violated some major health code violations. [New York Times]
