First Bytes: Apple, Google, MeeHive, NBC

Apple's new gadget is causing a commotion, largely due to the fact that rumors are flying on what it could be, and the company won't talk about it. [Wall Street Journal]

Google is joining the "behavioral targeting" bandwagon, but will at least let users pick the ads which suit them the most. [New York Times]

Now there's a company that will make you your very own personalized newspaper made up of traditional media posts and blogs, kind of like a cyber-news Frankenstein delivered right to your inbox. [Techcrunch]

Here's another collaboration in a rocky market: NBC Universal and Sony are working together on a modified PlayStation to show NBC movies and TV shows. [Reuters]
