Trouble in Oslo

Microsoft's latest M&A fiasco isn't with Yahoo. Norway-based Fast Search & Transfer, which Microsoft acquired in January for $6 billion, has hit more speed bumps as the company tumbles further into hot water with officials there over accounting problems.
You can't blame this one on Microsoft -- except for that niggling due-diligence part.
