Fashion + Technology = Train Wreck?

Kevin Maney notes: From time to time, designers take a shot at incorporating electronic technology into fashion. Lately, it's Julieta Gayoso of Argentina. Unfortunately, the results of this merger -- or maybe that's collision -- usually look about as attractive as Gayoso's solar-panel jacket, which can charge your cell phone if you hang out in the sun for four hours.
