McCain V.P. Choice Crashes Alaska Website

Sam Gustin says: Sen. John McCain has chosen to pick Alaska governor Sarah Palin as his running mate. But don't bother going to her website at, http://gov.state.ak.us/, looking for information about here.

The interest generated by McCain's choice appears to have overloaded the website, rendering it inoperable.

Palin's Wikipedia entry remains up, however.

Palin has been Alaska's governor since 2006. □
