- Dell reported disappointing earnings, which it attributed to a global slowdown in tech spending. [Reuters]

- Google has announced the Android Market, its answer to Apple's iPhone App Store, for third party mobile applications. [Venture Beat]

- Mozilla, the group behind the increasingly popular Firefox browser, its extending is deal with Google for another three years. [TechCrunch]

- Apple has confirmed the iPhone's password security glitch, and is going to issue a fix. [Computer World]
