Last Bytes: EA/Take-Two, GPhone, "White Spaces," Apple Fire

- Video game maker Electronic Arts has withdrawn its $2 billion offer for Take-Two Interactive, the shop behind the popular "Grand Theft Auto" series. [NYT]
