Last Bytes: Apple, Kindle, AOL, eBay

- One month after its launch, Apple has sold 3 million iPhones. But what about widespread reports of service problems? Apple isn't talking, and AT&T is punting. [Ars Technica, News.com]

- Citigroup's Mark Mahaney says Amazon.com's Kindle is selling much better than expected, sending the company's shares up over 9 percent. [Reuters]
 
- Liberty Media chief John Malone said he would consider swapping his company's stake in Time Warner for AOL's dial-up business. (Sound of crickets chirping.) [Reuters]

- Tiffany & Co. has appealed a decision which cleared eBay of responsibility for policing counterfeit goods on the auction site. [AP]
