Yahoo Annual Meeting: Aww, No Carl
Kevin Maney writes: Yahoo's annual meeting is set to start soon -- 10 am PT/ 1 pm ET -- at The Fairmont hotel in downtown San Jose. You can watch the Webcast here, but it won't be nearly as much fun as expected. Carl Icahn, who has waged war with Yahoo CEO Jerry Yang for the past six months, says he won't going. So the annual meeting is now like a Lakers game without Kobe. Darn.
But it still should be raucous, as these things go. Shareholders are ticked off and will no doubt give management a huge hard time. Tune in and see!
