"Not The Los Angeles Times" May Have a Better Future than the Real One

Kevin Maney is still chuckling: I have to say that Not The Los Angeles Times is one of the funnier things I've seen on the Web in a while -- especially if, like me, you have a long history with the newspaper industry. The site is both Onion-like satirical and yet full of sad and wicked gallows humor. Just click on the button that says "Print Edition."

The site was created by a former LA Times writer, Roy Rivenburg, so of course Sam Zell is his favorite target here. Rivenburg often wrote funny pieces for the Times.
