Kevin Maney chip in: Yeah, I noticed this too -- the iPhone 3G battery life is OK, but with aggressive use over the course of a workday, you might not be making calls during the commute home. Engagdget ran the new iPhone through tests and found that battery life is about what Apple is claiming and generally not as good as the original iPhone -- because of the 3G. But you can easily watch Titanic twice in a row.
