-- A federal judge ordered Google to hand over to Viacom a record of every video watched on YouTube. Sumner Redstone's media giant has sued for web giant for $1 billion, charging massive copyright infringement and wants the data in order to show that infringing content is more popular on YouTube than user-generated content. Bloggers and digital privacy advocates went ballistic. [Wired.com, EFF]
