Rosedale Looking for a New Second Life CEO

Philip Rosedale, founder of virtual world Second Life, has decided to step down from the CEO spot and hire someone to run the business. Philip will remain extremely involved. I've known Philip for a long time, and he's always talked about Second Life as his life's ambition, so it's not like he's giving up on it. He's also always believed Second Life will eventually be huge, and Rosedale is in effect saying that he's not the kind of manager who can run an exploding organization.
