Dopplr: Right Idea

A couple long-time tech industry friends -- Esther Dyson and Dan Gillmor -- are involved in a Web site called Dopplr. Dyson wrote about it last month in The Wall Street Journal. Dan is a tech journalist, author and professor. Dopplr is a way for you to share your travel schedule with friends and family, so you can see if any of you will be in the same city at the same time.

Last October I wrote about it as the Facebook app that I wanted but didn't yet exist.
