Does EU Stand For...Extortion Unit?

Wow. The European Union continues to shove daggers into Microsoft -- 15 years after the original complaint that started the case (filed by Novell!), and well into an age when Microsoft faces more competition than ever. The EU just fined Microsoft $1.3 billion for charging too much for the information it gives product developers.
