Cubans Need Cell Phones!
Moto, Nokia, LG -- line up at the starting gate! Cuba sits in last place in Latin America in mobile phone penetration. The country has more than 11 million people. OK, so India adds that many users in a month. Still, looks like a tasty new market, and the world will be a better place if Cubans join the communications age.
