Devastating Look at The New York Times

Marc Andreessen, co-founder of Netscape, more recent founder of Ning, from time to time proves to be one heck of a business columnist in his blog.

The other day, he posted an item titled, "Inaugurating the New York Times death watch." It is a very effective indictment of the Times' management and its board. The sad thing is, pretty much the same point could be made about every newspaper company: after the Internet has breathed down their collective necks for a decade, they still don't get it.
