CDs, Going the Way of Tape

CD sales globally are down 15%. Digital music sales are up 40%. Nuff said. The trend won't stop. CDs will go the way of cassette tapes -- which were, for a while, the most popular way to buy music.

Most record labels still get nearly 90% of their revenue from physical CD sales. Ooo. That's a problem, no?
