Zander: Done

When we interviewed Motorola CEO Ed Zander a couple of months ago, he had been on the hot seat for some time. Finally, today, he said he's going to leave the CEO post on January 1.

In the video of my on-stage interview with Zander, he talks about pressure from investor Carl Icahn, missed opportunities, and how he and Motorola got into trouble after the success of the Razr. Ultimately, he couldn't find a way back out of trouble quickly enough.
