Friday in Mid-August = Boring!
Holy smokes -- there is, like, NOTHING of interest going on today. Big tech headlines in Google News, for instance, include "Universal Music Will Sell Songs Without Copy Protection." Big whoop. EMI already started that ball rolling. DRM is on the downhill slope. Or you could read the L.A. Times' big story on the Google Sci/Tech page: "Endangered Ferret Bounces Back in Wyoming." (Is this about just one ferret? Is it a Disney movie in the making?)
Similarly dull on BuzzTracker Tech, which tracks the most-followed stories on the Web. "US 3G Nokia N95 Getting Battery Upgrade!" Does that just make you want to get up and dance or what?
At the top of Techmeme? "A Simple Way to Get More Storage," from the Official Google Blog.
I need more coffee...
