And You Can Cook On It if You Get Lost in the Woods

It seems like every time a new technology comes around, people find a way to be afraid of it. Remember when conventional wisdom was that you should never use your credit card over the Internet? And over the past several years, a swath of the public has decided that if RFID chips are implanted on your credit cards or passport, thieves will be able to walk by with a scanner and swipe your identity.

These are the same people, usually, who don't mind handing a credit card to a tattooed waiter at a dive in a strange city.

They are also the same people who are likely to buy the stainless steel wallet.
