Andreessen's Truth-Telling, and Lots of It

Just a little over a week ago, Marc Andreessen -- co-founder of Netscape, CEO of Ning -- launched a blog.

Now, Marc in person is a highly intellectual, speed-talking font of knowledge and analysis. Facts and observations come at you like hail in a Midwestern thunderstorm. And he never seems to be afraid to say what he thinks, even if it might offend someone.

Turns out he writes the same way. So far he's (voluminously!) dug into why venture capitalists are the way they are, how to hire people, and "why there's no such thing as Web 2.0." (Oops. See my previous blog entry!)

Hope Marc can keep it up. If I blogged that much, I wouldn't have time to even eat.
