You KNOW users hate Vista when...

...they swamp Dell with requests for new PCs loaded with Windows XP instead.

Lemme tell you -- after living with Vista for a couple months, I don't blame them. When I was laptop shopping, if I knew what I now know about Vista's incompatibility with so much of what I own and use, I might have decided to stick with XP.
