Minnesota Wild Continue Attendance Juggernaut

Talk about a success story. The National Hockey League's Minnesota Wild have sold out every game in franchise history since they began play in 2000.

So it's no surprise in the least that the hockey team announced today that 96 percent of season ticket holders renewed their seats for the 2007-08 season. And in news all teams in all sports want to proclaim: all 66 annual suites are sold out for 2007-08.

The Wild have had 274 consecutive home sellouts including 18 preseason games and 10 playoff contests. Minnesota averaged 18,543 fans at its 41 regular season games last year even though the Xcel Energy Center's capacity is 18,064.
