Mark Cuban Is Brimming With Originality

Or maybe he's just a forgetful fan of Portfolio.

Sept 18, Jesse Eisinger: The case for a trading tax

Sept 30, Blog Maverick: Tax the Hell Out of Wall St.; Give it to Main Street

To be fair to Cuban, he says that taxing trades won't affect institutional investors' propensity to trade, whereas Jesse wants to tax trades to reduce myopia and, in turn, trading volume.

I had a bone to pick with Jesse's column, so I guess this difference of opinion between him and Cuban means I can't use this jab I'd been saving up: "You know you're wrong when Mark Cuban agrees with you."
