History Portends Well for McCain

For those Democrats worried that a prolonged nomination fight between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama will be bad news for the party come November, Newsweek confirms your gut feelings.

The magazine went through and looked at the 10 elections since 1968 and found only one case where the party with the longer nomination process won: Clinton in 1992.
