Bill O'Reilly's Dubious 'Late Show' Ratings Boast

David Letterman and Bill O'Reilly should really host a show together every night. There's something about watching two alpha males who are each used to being in full control jousting for the upper hand that makes for fascinating viewing.

And, yes, O'Reilly really did try to claim that Rush Limbaugh's recent ratings surge was the result of O'Reilly's own radio show going off the air. Never mind that Limbaugh posted big gains in January and February, while the Radio Factor didn't end until Feb. 26.

*Correction: The headline of this post originally said Late Night rather than Late Show. Showed my age there, I guess. Hey, it's only been 16 years, right?
