-Baseball-card maker Topps is putting out a new series of cards featuring the the "World's Greatest Hoaxes, Hoodwinks & Bamboozles." Bernie Madoff is included, natch. [Fortune]

-It's looking very likely that the NFL season is going to extend to 17 or 18 games, although not until 2011. [Fox Sports]. □
