Late Breaks: McCain's Lobbyist Pal Still Clueless

-Vicki Iseman, the lobbyist who sued The New York Times over a story suggesting she'd had an improper relationship with John McCain, then dropped her suit, now says she's mad that the Times is denying it apologized to her. Vicki, shut up and go away. You lost. [Politico]

-The Magazine Publishers of America, the industry's trade group, has canceled its annual conference, citing the "difficult economic climate." It's worth noting that several big MPA member companies recently dropped out rather than continue to pay dues. [Mediaweek]

-A U.S. District Court judge has ordered the Treasury Department to comply with a Freedom of Information Act request by Fox Business Channel to turn over data on the use of bailout funds. [TVNewser]
