-John Grisham is finally making his many bestselling legal thrillers available as e-books. [WSJ]

-Anheuser-Busch InBev's longtime U.S. advertising chief is leaving the beer maker at the end of the month. [WSJ]

-Under pressure from the Food and Drug Administration and a slew of state attorneys general, Bayer is running a new ad campaign for its birth control pill Yaz, saying that claims made in its previous marketing efforts were overstated. [NYT]

-The New York Times was working on its own investigation of Alex Rodriguez's steroid use when Selena Roberts, a former Times reporter, broke the story in Sports Illustrated. [NYO]

-The New York Daily News has ceased making contributions to its employees' 401(k) plans. [NYP]. □
