Idle Chatter: News Corp. Exchanges Exchanges

-News Corp. is moving its stock listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq, apparently after the latter committed to a big ad outlay in News Corp.-owned outlets. [NYT]

-None other than Rudy Giuliani may replace Bill O'Reilly when the Fox News host gives up his syndicated radio show early next year. [P6]

-A Super Bowl ad costs $300,000, and that's a lot to spend in this economy. Weatheproof Garment Co. has a solution: It wants to split its 30-second spot up with nine other marketers, parceling out 3-second slices at $30,000 a pop. [WSJ]

-The editor of Lenny Dykstra's Players Club magazine is quitting, saying the ex-ballplayer stiffed him on salary. [NYP]
