Idle Chatter: Anyone Want Half a Baseball Team?

-Sam Zell's Tribune Co. is having trouble finding a buyer for the 95 percent stake in the Chicago Cubs it was hoping to sell, so now the company says it's willing to sell a minority position instead. Mark Cuban is still interested. [WSJ]

-It's not just newspapers that are enjoying record sales as a result of Barack Obama's win. Time and Newsweek are also having to go back to press to meet demand. [NYP]

-Craigslist is changing some of its policies to discourage prostitutes from using the classified site to advertise their services. [Reuters]
