Late Breaks: 'U.S. News' Goes Monthly, more

-U.S. News & World Report, which announced only a few months ago that it would cut its frequency to biweekly, went even further, chopping it to monthly and moving most of its focus to five web channels. (Here's the memo, which doesn't even mention the print-side changes.) [FishbowlDC]
