Editor in chief Jay Fielden will continue to edit it, according to Condé Nast CEO Chuck Townsend. The New York Observer's Media Mob blog carried first news of the shutdown. There are also some changes right here at Portfolio: A spokeswoman says the frequency will be reduced to 10 times a year, from 12. □
