-Google, Yahoo and Microsoft have agreed to abide by a shared set of rules when it comes to doing business in countries where free speech or other human rights are abridged. [WSJ]

-Sumner Redstone is trying to refinance $1.6 billion of debt, but $800 million of that takes the form of a private placement, the restructuring of which will require assent from some 50 parties. Good luck, buddy! [NYP]

-Model/socialite Lydia Hearst, who may have jeopardized her inheritance by slamming the Hearst family in her Page Six Magazine column, is in a bit of a war now with the New York Post, which she accused of putting words in her mouth. The Post revealed that Hearst's column was ghostwritten -- although her harsh assessment of her relatives was her own. [P6]
