Critic: Palin 'Not Reassuring' in CBS Sit-Down
Alessandra Stanley may not be a fan of Katie Couric's clickety stiletto heels, but she seems to approve of her interviewing skills. Stanley devotes a goodly chunk of her New York Times TV Watch column today to the bizarre, hesitant, catastrophically inane answer Sarah Palin gave when Couric asked her to explain how living close to Russia translates into foreign policy experience. Stanley says the interview was "in some ways the worst" Palin has given since receiving the vice-presidential nomination.
