-Tina Brown is producing a series for HBO based on Tom Wolfe's novel I Am Charlotte Simmons. [Variety]

-Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert parodied the New Yorker's Obamas-as-terrorists cover for Entertainment Weekly. [EW]

-Perez Hilton has released his first single. It's called "The Clap." [Perez]

-Should NBC's Andrea Mitchell recuse herself from reporting on the economic situation, since her husband, Alan Greenspan, pretty much made it? [CJR]. □
