Idle Chatter: John McCain, Vampire; Bus Ads
-A Republican-hating photographer who went out of her way to make John McCain look bad when she shot him for the cover of The Atlantic says it was "irresponsible" of the magazine to hire her. I'm sure they won't make that mistake again. [NYP]
-The newest advertising medium: the sides of school buses. To buy ad space on the sides of actual schoolchildren, you'll have to wait until 2011. [Ad Age]
-Mel Karmazin says he'd like to take Sirius private, if he could find the money. Hey, Mel, if the stock keeps falling like it has been, it may end up costing less than you think! [WSJ]
-United Airlines doesn't have much hope of bringing a successful lawsuit against Tribune Co. over last week's false-bankruptcy snafu. [NYT]
