Correction of the Day: Kristol's Cone of Ignorance

Hey, Bill Kristol, next time you're going to blindly assert something of a factual nature -- for instance, that there's no basis to claims that John McCain escaped the "cone of silence" that was supposed to prevent him from hearing Barack Obama interviewed before him at Saturday night's forum -- maybe you want to check with the folks on the news side to make sure they're not reporting exactly the opposite in the same day's edition.

Or you could just stick to opinion writing. Not that you're really any better at it, but at least it's harder to be proved wrong. □
