-Will Firebrand Partners do to the Dolans what it did to the Sulzbergers? The activist hedge fund just bought a 4.9 percent stake in Cablevision. [WSJ]

-The makers of cold-prevention remedy Airborne have settled with the Federal Trade Commission over charges that their advertising was deceptive. All told, they'll pay $30 million to make the case go away. [Forbes]
