-Now that John Edwards is on record admitting he had an affair (to Bob Woodruff of ABC News), the mainstream media can finally drop its pretense of moral squeamishness and wallow in the scandal, as it has so desperately longed to do all along. [ABC News]

-Random House has canceled a book about the Prophet Muhammad's child bride, A'isha. Somehow it got the crazy idea that some Muslim extremists might not take to such a book kindly. [Reuters]
