Late Breaks: 'The Nation' Takes the Sexy Out of Sex

An F.C.C. vote on whether to approve the merger of Sirius and XM is tied at 2-2, with the deciding vote to be cast by Republican Deborah Taylor Tate. The two votes to approve are from the commission's two other Republicans. [AP]
