Late Breaks: Janet and Justin, Vindicated
-A federal appeals court has tossed out the $550,000 fine imposed on CBS by the F.C.C. after Super Bowl "Nipplegate," saying the agency acted "arbitrarily and capriciously." [AP]
-Barack Obama's campaign couldn't find room on its plane for a reporter from The New Yorker, which showed him dressed up as a terrorist on its cover last week. What a coincidence. [Politico]
-The New York Times ran a long, gauzy profile of CNBC's Erin Burnett this weekend, without noting that the paper and the business news network are partners. [SAI]
-Condé Nast, which publishes Portfolio, is planning ahead for a time when its 80-year-old chairman won't be running the show any longer. [NYT]
