-Rachel Maddow will probably be MSNBC's next new host -- perhaps after Chris Matthews gets the boot? [NYT]

-Vogue, which once turned up its nose at a chance to partner with Project Runway, is doing its own reality show on the web. [WSJ]

-Mike Bloomberg is buying back, via a blind trust, Merrill Lynch's 20 percent stake in his company, Bloomberg LP, a share valued at $4.5 billion. [Portfolio]

-ABC entertainment chief Stephen McPherson says he's interested in having Jay Leno come to his network, but doubts NBC will actually cut him loose. [NYP]
