Idle Chatter: C(Double)U Later?

-The CW, which began life two years ago as a merger of The WB and UPN, may shut down if ratings don't improve next season. [WSJ]

-Former New York Post editor Xana Antunes is taking a buyout and leaving Fortune, where she's been overseeing the website. [NYP]
