Promotions Galore at Conde Nast
Lots of action today at Condé Nast Publications, which happens to be where I work: Allure and Gourmet both have new publishers, and the corporate ad sales group has a new vice president.
Current Gourmet publisher Thomas Hartman is moving over to the Conde Nast Media Group, where he'll be No. 2 under Lou Cona. Allure publisher Nancy Berger Cardone will replace him at Gourmet, while Vanity Fair's associate publisher, Agnes Chapski, is sliding into Berger's chair at Allure.
Earlier this year, another round of job changes that started when Wired publisher Jay Lauf jumped to The Atlantic. Details publisher Chris Mitchell replaced Lauf, and Steve DeLuca, associate publisher of Condé Nast Traveler, succeeded Mitchell.
