'Interview' Duo Land at 'Vanity Fair'

No one with connections like Ingrid Sischy's stays unemployed for long. Vanity Fair has snapped up the former Interview editor in chief and her partner, Sandy Brant, who was Interview's publisher and CEO, to be international editors of its European editions. Conde Nast (which owns Portfolio publishes editions of Vanity Fair in Germany and Italy, and is launching one in Spain in September. Sischy is also a contributing editor with the American edition.

Sischy and Brant resigned from Interview in January after Peter Brant, Sandy's ex-husband, bought out her stake in the company. □
