Idle Chatter: Oscar Ratings, 'NYT' and the Hedgies

-Remember how all that curiosity about the mood in post-strike Hollywood was supposed to draw viewers to the Oscars? That seems pretty funny now that Sunday night's broad officially scored the lowest ratings for any Academy Awards in television history. [Reuters]
