-Martha Stewart is buying Emeril Lagasse's media properties in a $50 million deal. [WSJ]

-American Media's numbers have, at long last, taken a turn for the better. [WWD]

-An autism advocacy group is angry at CBS after a contestant in question called people with autism "retards." The contestant in question works for an autism foundation. Actually, make that "worked." [AP]
